Terms of Use
The rules for every Where2Create product: this site, coaster, analyrics, kosmo, tiers and our downloadable apps. Plain language, no small print games.
01Acceptance
By using any Where2Create product you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these Terms; changes apply from the moment they are published here.
02Accounts
- Some products offer optional accounts (kosmo, tiers, central auth). You are responsible for your credentials.
- Give accurate information. One human, one account.
- You can delete your account at any time; we remove its personal data.
03Acceptable use
- Don't attack, overload or reverse-engineer the services beyond what the law allows.
- Don't upload illegal content or content you don't have the rights to.
- Harassment, hate speech and spam get removed, and accounts may be suspended.
04Intellectual property
- The Where2Create name, logo, designs and our downloadable apps (like Just New Rides) are © Where2Create. All rights reserved.
- coaster media: park images come from Wikimedia Commons under their own licenses (attribution shown where required). Ride data is inspired by the RCDB community.
- analyrics music metadata: provided via the Last.fm API for personal, non-commercial use.
- Third-party rights are respected and attributed; reports of misuse go to contact@where2create.com.
05Downloadable apps
Apps are licensed for personal, non-commercial use: you may not resell or redistribute them without written permission. Provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
06Liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Where2Create is not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from their use.

01Aceptación
Al usar cualquier producto Where2Create aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el servicio. Podemos actualizarlos; los cambios aplican desde su publicación aquí.
02Cuentas
- Algunos productos ofrecen cuenta opcional (kosmo, tiers, auth central). Tú guardas tus credenciales.
- Datos veraces. Una persona, una cuenta.
- Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras; eliminamos sus datos personales.
03Uso aceptable
- No ataques, satures ni hagas ingeniería inversa más allá de lo que permite la ley.
- No subas contenido ilegal o sin derechos.
- Acoso, discurso de odio y spam se eliminan; las cuentas pueden suspenderse.
04Propiedad intelectual
- El nombre, logo, diseños y apps descargables de Where2Create (como Just New Rides) son © Where2Create. Todos los derechos reservados.
- coaster: imágenes de Wikimedia Commons con sus propias licencias (atribución visible cuando aplica); datos de montañas rusas inspirados en la comunidad RCDB.
- analyrics: metadatos musicales vía API de Last.fm para uso personal no comercial.
- Se respetan y atribuyen los derechos de terceros; avisos de mal uso a contact@where2create.com.
05Apps descargables
Licencia personal no comercial: no se pueden revender ni redistribuir sin permiso por escrito. Se ofrecen “tal cual”, sin garantías.
06Responsabilidad
Los servicios se ofrecen “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías. En la máxima medida que permita la ley, Where2Create no responde de daños indirectos ni pérdida de datos.
